HiBro brings you and your friends closer together. HiBro is a mix of a Messenger, Calendar and Matching Application and provides you with the possibility of getting in touch with friends and making appointments in a very easy and revolutionary way!

Problems HiBro solves:
Who doesnt know the problem; You want to meet up with friends, so you send them an instant message. What follows is one rejection after the other, or no answer at all. After a few more unsuccessful attempts, you will leave it at that fact. The whole story around arranging a meeting can be troublesome and exhausting. Furthermore, one does not always want to be the person who takes the initiative. When you have finally managed to find a person to meet up, it often takes ages until you are able to arrange a date. The reason for this is the full schedule of everyone and the obligatory small talk, which has to be gone through first.

Functions of HiBro

Short description:
HiBro allows you to choose a time of a day (morning, afternoon, evening) up to 14 days into the future when you would like to meet up with friends. Then you can choose one or more of your friends from your contact list with whom you would like to meet up. If one of your friends has done the same, there will be a «Meet». Since you already know with whom and at what time you will meet, the concrete content of the meeting can be agreed upon quickly in the chat. As you can see, HiBro is the newest and coolest tool around to effortlessly socialize and meet up with your friends.

Furthermore, HiBro has an overview screen where you can see your upcoming Meets.
To make it easier to select friends to meet up with, you can create groups. For example, you can create a group «school friends». If you now select the created group in the process of creating a new Meet, a request is generated for all the members of this group and if just one member out of the group decides that he/she wants to meet up with you too, you’ll have a meet. This makes it even easier to find people to meet up and socialize with.
Additionally, we allow you to create groups within your new Meets. For example, if you have 3 different new Meets for Friday evening and all of them are friends or you want to bring people together, you can create a group «drinks» and invite them to it. They each will receive an invitation to the group «drinks» you created and they will have the opportunity to decide if they want to join the group or not. If you are invited to a group and you decide not to join, only the creator of the group will receive a message of your decline. The other group members also don’t know that you have been invited to the group. The decision whether to join a group or not is completely anonymous.
HiBro is also a fully functioning messenger, so you can freely chat with your Meets. But beware, Meets disappear when their date has expired. This guarantees a clean chat, free of old expired Meets.
To enable you to chat with your contacts independently of your Meets, HiBro features a normal chat function just like WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal or other common messengers. And don’t worry, chats which don’t result from a Meet won’t be deleted. To distinguish the two different types of chats (Meet chat and normal chat), the chats from Meets are highlighted in a light blue.
